We have gone through all required steps to get refunds and continue to get the runaround and “wait” another 30 days. I will no longer be supporting a fraud of a company like this. Shame to those that continue to provide support and excuses for this crook.

This was directed at no one person in particular. If you take it personally then that’s on you. We were promised a refund in September by everyone’s friendly ticket gal. Now crickets. If you think it’s appropriate business practice to have folks pay you in advance and then hold their money hostage without providing said product or a refund then perhaps you are part of the problem. They even added a cute step of “insurance” that guess what, wasn’t insurance at all. Its fraud.
Now continue on with the “it’s the pandemic” nonsense when all other companies have figured it out.

If you bought tickets from the new vendor (Lyte) for the 2021 Lockn and are having second thoughts, Lyte is giving refunds within 48 hours with zero hassle. Melissa is not in the loop on this one.

I agree with the OP that the way management is handling things is shameful. No more lame excuses.
But that doesn't cross over to those not in management supporting the event in general (or not).

Nah. It's not newsworthy either on a national or local level because so few people are affected and they are spread out. Then Pete, being the showman, would dodge the bullets and maybe even spin it to his favor. In the end, it wouldn't turn loose any money (obviously they don't have it to return and can't borrow it) but would hurt the enterprise in the long run.

My refund appears to have been issued today. Got an email from the secure ticket insurance provider that the policy has been cancelled. Logged on to my front gate account and sure enough it shows credits going back to my credit card.
