Scattered, Smothered & CAMPING -- April 23-25

Nothing concrete yet, but I may speak to the guy running it next week.  The reservation site is showing no vacancy as of now, but didn't know if I'd missed the Feb window or they hadn't opened it yet.  I'll let you know what I hear next time I speak to him.

I spoke to Karen yesterday from MM. She told me that the MMMF was cancelled this year due to COVID and they were not taking any reservations the 3rd weekend in Sept (even though my friend  has a site for that weekend but that's another story). She said to keep an eye on the website and if things changed they would be announced there. I have a feeling that they will have something that weekend, just like last year.

In 2020 they cancelled it but had music there anyway. It was only for onsite campers and no locals/guest were allowed. I expected the same this year. I think it can still happen the 3rd week of Sept. It doesn't take as much time to plan for a festival like that. The venue is already in place, the stages are already there you just need to book the bands.

I love the look of the Tiverton estate just past MM on 250 - it draws my eye up on the hill every time we pass it and I would absolutely love to tour that place someday.

Sharing a bit of yesterday's rehearsal - Friday night should really be fun.
