It's worth it just to see their drummer.

Well I really enjoyed that.  I think watching with a group, even one as respectful as ours about not talking over the tunes, adds a whole other dimension to the experience.

It seems odd, just (non)Talking Heads on a screen for most of the time, but it works.  Just being able to look over at the grid and see how others are reacting to the music, heads nodding, people dancing - makes it way more of a shared experience than just watching alone.

I have not been watching streams much at all because it just did not 'scratch the itch' for me.  Watching with friends, chatting between songs - it's the only way to go.  

[Note:  I live alone so that really changes the dynamic.  A watch party with people there in corpus would probably make this seem lame in comparison, but at this point I will take what is available...]

Sorry I've missed the watch parties. This past week was hard and I've been asleep on the couch before 9 both Friday and Saturday. Friday it was closer to 8. Then I wake up at 4 am and can't get back to sleep.
