The Ultimate Festival Checklist

It worked as a placebo effect if nothing else and the sun reflecting off our coolers attracted curious people on their way to the show over to our camp with questions. First try with Reflectix.

The white top cooler was the Pabst cooler(yes that shit HAS to be cold), the middle cooler in the Reflectix tea cosy was our food cooler(only opened occasionally), and the Stainless top cooler was for craft beer(never opened it). The Pabst cooler had a form fit piece of Reflectix resting on the ice and I think that help alot considering that it was the most opened cooler(just slip your hand under it to grab a beer). It definitely helped with the lazy MF'ers who don't shut the lid tight after grabbing one of your beers. I also think the tea cosy helped because it was over a "3 Day" split lid cooler.

We brought a 75qt. cooler full of block and bagged ice and needed to buy one bag each day Fri thru Sun(Last year we left with ice). It didn't help throwing 90+ degree 30 packs twice a day into the Pabst cooler.

Many words to say Yes we were the bomb king shit of the cooler world but no measurements were taken. 

That or they were all Russian Imperial Stouts and Barleywines. Or the person that was supposed to bring them forgot. They had the cooler for craft beers to go in to but not the craft beers to go in to the cooler. 

My companions used the craft beer cooler and I don't know how well their ice held up because I didn't use it. My delicate palate requires that once I start drinking cheap beer I must continue on that path. Unfortunately I started drinking cheap beer 36 years ago.

I was thinking about the "reasonable quantities of propane" so we'd need everyone coming to the beer exchange to bring a can along with a six pack.

I was at the drugstore post-holiday rooting through the sale bin and stocking up on cheap chocolate. Encountered deeply discounted outdoor Christmas lights that are solar power and Only Come Out At Night. Well, on. I passed b/c I wouldn't use them at home.
But yesterday smacked my head and said to myself, self, those would be awesome for jam camping! I'm sure they wouldn't be but so bright, but would lead you home or make a relaxing interior nightlight. Or stick a tangled mess up on a pole for a jam beacon.
I have had bamboo poles at my sites at Lockn and zip tie one of the single solar sidewalk lights up there, which worked really well.
