Xmas Jam is back this year after a 2 year hiatus. Some random post on Facebook listing dates of shows in Asheville and had the date 12/11 for Xmas Jam. The 11th is the 2nd Sat. in Dec. which is always when the Jam is. Might not seem like much but it's enough for me to reserve my hotel room.

Downtown Inn and Suites - Asheville (The Down and Dirty Inn). It's nothing fancy but it is clean, reasonably priced and easy walking distance to the civic center.

Contrary to my first post in this thread, Christmas Jam is definitely NOT happening in 2021. You can hear it straight from Warren's mouth at around the 6 minute mark.
