Lots of people are unhappy with the direction that LOCKN has taken. I'm one of them. The biggest disappointment to me at this time is that by splitting up LOCKN into multiple weekends they are also splitting up our crew. That has been such a huge part of this experience for me. No way we will all be together on all three weekends. Ain't gonna happen.

That being said I want to acknowledge the joy, the one of a kind musical collaborations and the lifelong friendships that I have gotten from 7 years of LOCKN.

In the picture below I knew exactly one of these people before LOCKN. Now I call each and every one of them friends and family for life!

In the next picture I knew exactly two of these people before LOCKN. They happen to be my children. Another awesome result from LOCKN has been able to enjoy live music/festivals with my kiddoes. Now I call all of these people family. I am truly a blessed man.

Regardless of what happens to Lockn, Lockn Farm or whatever, this family will continue and this board and community will continue as long as I have anything to do with it. Love you all and can't wait to see how this thing plays out. See some of you at TTB. Much Love, Steve

every year someone we want to be with can't make it. The schedule shifts over the years have blocked some and opened for some.

So consider this: not all of our friends will be at each show and we may not line up. But for the ones who are there, they will be easier to find, whether in camp or on the field*, and it will be easier to meet some new folks. Daytime hanging out will be casual, not scheduled like an Office,

*Well maybe not the ballers in VIP who remain inaccessible by design.....
