I suggest a Friday cocktail hour before the shows start, and a bloody brunch regroup Saturday midday. Lawn Darts tourney on Sunday afternoon--or full-contact croquette.

Friday backfilled with Neal Francis at 6:30, then Marcus King at 8:45, then late night with Murder Hornets at midnight. Gotta be some long breaks between. Anybody familiar with Neal Francis?Lettuce cancelled, fuck covid...
Saturday and Sunday they have added Rockin' to Lockn' acts at 2:00 (Free Union on Sat and South Hill Banks on Sun).

I saw a day or so back they were having covid issues, but was reeaally hoping it somehow would work out.

Can't say I was enthused by that video, but then I found this one (skip ahead a few minutes from the start). Smokin' hot funk with a distinct psychedelic thread and a Christian undercurrent. Apparently the guy has lived in a church rectory or some such in Chicago since the pandemic started. Pete finds some interesting artists to say the least. After Vinny said to check him out a few months ago, I have had his latest album on regular rotation. Definitely good stuff. The link below for Put It In His Hands is the stand out song.
