The opening shows in the "music tent" I suppose is the "front porch music" on the cartoon map. This means you can BYOB as there is no restrictions going into the playground.
However this indicates they aren't opening the VIP tent until 4:00 again--what a rip off for them. They could easily confine the ballers to their playpen and let them in early. $$$. Anyone know if they opened the VIP area early at Goose?
Last weekend bands started at 3:00 on Sat and 2:00 on Sunday so they opened the show field earlier than the previous weekend. I saw many people utilizing the VIP tent and the covered outdoor area during the afternoon and early evening sets.
There is one sun shelter/canopy in front of the tent stage. I suggest you go early to get a spot under the canopy or bring a sun umbrellas for your chair if you plan to go to those 2:00 sets.

Last weekend the Rockn’-to-Lockn’ sets were at noon on the tent stage in the playground area. The other bands started at 3:00 (Sat) and 2:00 (Sun) on the main stage.
This weekend the shows on the tent stage start at 2:00 and the main stage shows start at 6:30, 5:15 and 4:15.

No. I was waiting to see if anyone stepped up offering to host. If no one does we can do something at Jonesville. Just want to do something smaller with less clean up for Mrs. TOO. Maybe pregame cocktails before first show tomorrow night and then drinks, snacks Saturday. Time TBD.To save me from hunting around, are the M&G details locked in yet?

This is important: "Just want to do something smaller with less clean up for Mrs. TOO." I volunteer for cleanup duty, but I will have to be supervised - just tell me what to do and I will help. No job too dirty (Excepting RV holding tank issues - you are on your own there. To paraphrase an old sailing aphorism: "Nobody is as lonely as an RV owner with a plumbing problem..."No. I was waiting to see if anyone stepped up offering to host. I could host an early gathering in the Forest to be out of the sun, but that could be a logistical problem with the Forest being a bit of a walk from the GA camping and the show field and me having no infrastructure (tables, chairs, etc...)

I have some vodka and a bottle of bloody mix for the cocktail meetup. Also making us some hot dog chili to go with Smosey's hot dogs (fingers crossed for Nathan's) haven't made any in awhile but I'm sure it'll be ok. Grabbed a mix pack of small bags of chips to go with, and of course Cheez-its. I'm willing to help however I can, but like Slypknot, I don't have a whole lotta infrastructure at my camp.

Hahaha! Chipfest! I just bought a big bag of wavy chips at Wegmans. They come in a tie dye bag so I just had to get them. Bought some French onion dip too. I’ll bring some veggies, humus and cheese as well. LOL - no shortage of chips then - I had the same thought...I have some vodka and a bottle of bloody mix for the cocktail meetup. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday…I think bloodies and mimosas on Sunday am could be fun before John batiste!Yup. Saturday could be one long kick ass meet & greet!I suggest a Friday cocktail hour before the shows start, and a bloody brunch regroup Saturday midday. Lawn Darts tourney on Sunday afternoon--or full-contact croquette.
