How to Upgrade to Bundle Pricing For August Lockn Farm Shows

What about in my case when I have already purchased tix and car camping passes for two weekends already and just need a car camping pass for the third? Should I buy 4 more tix and a 3 weekend camping pass and hope they refund me my previous purchases (2 separate orders) or should I just buy a 3 weekend camping pass and hope I get a partial refund?  Why are they not sending us an official email about this? 

I think you are getting Street Team tickets for JRAD correct? If so you can click on Get Tickets under Goose and choose ticket bundles. Pick 3-Day GA: Weekend 2 & 3 Admission and choose number of tickets. Select onsite accommodations. Go to Car Camping: All 3 Weekends Camping and choose one pass. Checkout and email Melissa your original order number and your new order number and ask that your old order is refunded. It's so easy a caveman can do it!

But this is an absolute bullshit non-response from Lockn'.  I have no issue with the process described.  My issue is what happens when I don't receive my refund and end up getting stuck with extra tickets in addition to getting screwed over in the first place.

Will Lockn' issue a refund based on "Well Steve told me this was the way it worked?"

I followed their process and have received no response.  Zip. Nada. Crickets.  

Now I am supposed to send them more money?

How difficult is it to send a clear email on this?  NO OFFICIAL LOCKN' POLICY HAS BEEN COMMUICATED TO US ABOUT THIS.  (Caps for their benefit - not yours...)

What about for us poor folk who don't have enough money to buy a bundle and wait for a refund, but would have enough money for the bundle if the refund came first? :/ Don't get me wrong. I'm not spending my last cent on this, but I don't feel comfortable having all my currently available funds tied up. This could easily be fixed by adding a separate option for current ticket holders that requires your first order number to be entered as the promo code and matching name/payment info to get the discounted rate for a second/third weekend.

I can top that!  I sent an email on Friday to info@locknfarm.com and they have converted my tickets to a 2 show bundle and refunded 292.48 to me.  Fantastic!

If you have tickets already, just send them an email - I included my order numbers.  Aside from the initial confusion, I am very pleased with the response.  They really should have spelled it out in their bundle email, but they did make everything right with a simple email to them.  You have to like that...

Also my new email receipt for the show has a bar code on it and no shipping fees.
