chinatownshuffle we'll be in town either late Thursday night or Friday afternoon. I know you'll be in NY but any recommendations for fun stuff to do, best cheesesteaks of course, maybe a good brunch stop for Saturday would be appreciated. We'll be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in city center. Probably hit the art museum for a bit on Friday.

Awesome, let me know when you get into town. yeah I will be in NY on Friday but I may be around Friday morning if you're around. As far as brunch, I would recommend Honeys. Great food, and as an added bonus its right across the street from my house. You can take the blue line to Spring Garden stop and then its about 10 minute walk, or a quick maybe $10 uber from where you're staying. Best Cheesesteak would be Jims on 4th and South Street, right next to the TLA (Small indoor venue). Other good food options would be anywhere in Reading Terminal Market which is pretty much right next to where you're staying. As far as during the show, there is really good food in the stadium in "Ashburn Alley" in Centerfield, Not sure if all the restaurants will be open but some should. Also tons of good breweries around. Our dispensaries are medicinal only...but everyone has a card wink wink...
Other PSAs. I believe our indoor mask mandate is back so you'll need to mask up anywhere indoors. They may even be enforcing masks during the show because its an event over 1k. Also, to cut down on entry lines they are doing a vax card "pre-check" at the stadium on Friday from 10-4, the details should have been in an email but if you didn't get it just text me and I can send it to you. As far as tailgating and shakedown, the plan is to get there early Saturday and spend the whole day grilling etc. down there. Also, where are your seats? We have a group of about 30 and we bought out close to a whole section. I'm not sure how strict ushers will be but if they're not we'll probably have space in our section.
Anything else you need let me know, can't wait to welcome you all to my home!

Sounds great! We are still sorting out our arrival. I'll let you know when we figure it out. At first I thought that you could have onsite testing Saturday but it actually reads early verification which should help immensely. One in our party will need to be tested before the show. Our seats are in section NN, Row 13, seats 2 & 3. I don't know where our kids will be sitting. See you **soon**

and if you go to Honey's for brunch its cash only, they often have a wait but just about any brunch place will on a Saturday morning. If you want I can peek out and see how long the line is Saturday morning. There are other places that serve brunch around there too.

That would be perfection! Last night was killer. Getting our cheesesteak on. Hope to see you soon. May try to fit in some culture first (art museum).

ONE SET (rain): (7:17-10:00 ET)
Miss 1/2 Step >
Alabama Getaway
Jack Straw
Franklin's Tower
Estimated Prophet >
Sugaree
Terrapin Station >
The Other One >
Drums >
Space >
The Wheel >
Morning Dew
E: OMSN
Brokedown Palace
Any selist that has Terrapin, The Other One and Morning Dew is a winner in my book. This was by far the best DeadCO show we've seen. They cut Lazy Lightning>Supplication Sailor>Saint and Viola Lee Blues. Caught up with chinatownshuffle , some friends from Richmond and a couple I met at Hampton. Hit up Shakedown and let me tell you, Philly Shakedown does not disappoint! Light rain formost of the show but did catch a double rainbow over the stadium.
Next up, TTB at the Farm and the birthday month marches on. It's been nothing short of epic so far.
