Blue Ox is my favorite festival ever. Worf and I have been three times. It's got a great feel....very much like Rooster Walk Reunion. The music is hot. Pert Near Sandstone is fantastic and they almost never come east. Pistol Whipping Party Penguins are, sadly, quite unmemorable. Just a local grass band.
My first Billy Strings experience was at Blue Ox. And I met some good friends there. It's an awesome fest if you are able to make the journey to Wisconsin.
