Greensky Bluegrass will headline Rooster Walk 13 which will be held May 25-28, 2023 at Pop’s Farm in Martinsville, Virginia. The Marshall Tucker Band, Trouble No More, Doom Flamingo and Kitchen Dwellers are also among those on the initial 2023 lineup of the 13th annual event.
Others heading to Pop’s Farm over Memorial Day Weekend include Neighbor, Yarn, Mike & The Moonpies, Crawford & Power, Sol Driven Train, The Wilson Springs Hotel, Isaac Hadden Organ Trio, Sneezy, TC Carter Band, Big Fat Gap and Pirates of The Piedmont. Organizers expect to announce more than 30 additional acts to the lineup. Greensky Bluegrass will be making their first Rooster Walk appearance since 2017.
Rooster Walk 13 tickets go on sale today, Tuesday, November 22 at 12 p.m. ET via the festival’s website. A portion of proceeds from Rooster Walk 13 will be donated to local and regional charities, including Rooster Walk’s own Penn-Shank Memorial Endowment Scholarship Fund for students at Martinsville High School, and the Rooster Walk Music Instrument Program for public band programs in the local city and county school systems.
