Question: VIP camping w/ the carts. Should I just get a wagon and haul? How far is the VIP parking from the sites? I've always been in the (now) premium VIP camping so I don't know that space.

Vip parking is generally situated between the main road and vip rv. It's a bit of a walk with gear. Only done it once before but had two golf carts loaded down and very helpful people who rode me around scouting spots, and looking for you lol
I'm bringing a small wagon but hope I do not need it, considering I'm coming from even further. The ga parking lot, ugh

Most of my camping stuff is loaded and ready to go. Water bottles freezing for ice and fridge loaded with beer.

So, I can't tell if I have good karma or bad karma. I'll let you decide. Been out sick all week. Just got back from the doc-in-a-box. He thinks I have a venomous spider bite that's caused an infection in my leg. I'm off my feet for a bit, somehow with my leg over my head? Don't know how that's going to work.
So, do I have bad karma and am being punished for selling my RW tickets?
OR, do I have amazing karma and the universe told me I needed to sell my tickets ahead of time so as to not be out $600+?

I'd like to mention that I told Sneake I was going to start a rumor about his debilitating syphilis, AND then he mentioned this 'spider bite'. Just saying.

Sucks. Did you discuss ticks? I got a ticket bite at a fest in NC a few weeks ago and ended up with probably ehrlichiosis. I thought it was worse than covid to deal with. Doxycycline seems to have knocked it out now and saved Rooster plans.So, I can't tell if I have good karma or bad karma. I'll let you decide. Been out sick all week. This has nothing to do with karma. You sold your RW tickets based on the info that you had at the time. I would say this is just bad luck, except I don't believe in luck. Everything happens for a reason. You can use this infection as a justification that everything happens for a reason. Think if you had gotten the infection and still had your tickets? To the more serious side, spider bites are no picnic. The brown recluse is the worst that you are likely to encounter in our part of the planet--and usually inside a shed or attic, not in the wild. Ticks are not venomous but carry diseases; often they affect the whole system and not just the bite area. Elevating the leg wound above the heart is a mean trick the doctors pull. Better get some yoga pants.

What a great weekend. Even the rain and a couple hiccups didn't slow down all the fun times. Breaking down camp in the rain always sucks but you know, we train for this.
No way I'm going to miss the infamous weekend, hope to see some of you there.

The best thing about a good fest is the sets you didn't plan around and that really hit. Came for GSBG with Holly (hadn't seem them live before) and some others. Left most delighted by Orgone, Trouble No More, and the terrific JGB set at Pine Grove with the RW house band.
