Wanee 2014 is something I'll never forget. Before I met Andie Bee , I had read on the wanee forums about her feeding a bunch of folks. Was adopted by a giant group of locals and had one of the best weekends of my life. I remember showing up a day early and walking around the entire campgrounds with a stranger killing a 24 pack of something cheap and screaming at the top of our lungs "IT'S TWENDSDAY" cause I guess it was late tues / early wed. People tooling around in their personal golf carts. The other dude in the pic, his name was Lug Nut. He was my homey. Some asshole undercovers talked him into selling them shrooms from his personal stash and he got arrested. acab. I remember there was a super tall dude walking around in a tank top and on the back it said "6'10 and no basketball." I was also knighted while drinking locally made florida moonshine. I probably shouldn't have survived that weekend. Reppin the Lockn 2013 shirt apparently
tl;dr I'd love to get back to Wanee

My buddie with a place in Fla is pushing me to go to this fest. I'm waiting for lineup and pricing. Wanee was the most beautiful venue I have ever been to(never been to Red Rocks or the Gorge).

I'd like to check out Wanee as well, near the top of my venue bucket list. If they are still having it in 2029 I'm there...Wanee 2014 is something I'll never forget. I miss Wanee! Alas she is no more, but there are so many other festivals there to choose from and gorgeous nature's bounty for hiking/camping when there's nothing going on... I guess I did make a mean jambalaya back in the day.
