The traffic sucked getting in and out of the facility, but honestly that's always the case at the Lube. Once in the lots, it was the usual. Cops on ATVs mostly looking for nitrous tanks. Getting into the venue was easy for me.
I thought the show was very solid. I'd give it an A-/B+. Jeff gets my MVP vote for the night.

I thought that it was a great show with the obligatory Throwing Stones and OMSN. Solid playing all the way through. Agree, Jeff was the MVP which seems to be the case quite often. The whole weekend was fantastic. looseankles and Bob are the best hosts ever, bar none. A solid 6.0 on a scale of 5 yelp rating. Awesome hanging with Mrs. TOO and TOO Jr., looseankles and Bob, StillLifeStillDead and Wanda, hondo and slypknot and meeting chinatownshuffle at set break. We sat in traffic for close to an hour getting in but we had allowed plenty of time for that. Nice tailgate setup to pre-game and off we went. We had a great spot in the pit. That Milestones was really nice and jazzy, loved Dear Prudence. PITB is always a favorite and loved Cumberland blues. Who doesn't love a Ripple closer? Waited maybe an hour after the show for the traffic to start moving and everything was smooth after that. This was supposed to be our only DeadCO show this tour and our last ever but we are seriously considering the Boulder shows. This band is really at the top of it's game.

Great seeing everyone last weekend and a fantastic show on top of that. One of the best PITBs I've heard in a long time. Just by nature of it being the last tour, this band could easily mail it in every night and still sell out every venue, but to their credit they arent doing that. They sound locked in, rehearsed, and they are delivering strong shows night after night. I've followed this band over the years and I know when they give a shit and when they are just up there to collect a check. Right now is most certainly the former. they are definitely doing all they can to go out on ther highest of notes. Next up for me is the hometown throwdown in Philly, followed by a camping weekend at SPAC.
