When you load your gear for a long trip (or install something heavy like gas or battery) be mindful of your tongue weight--I'm assuming my boat experience applies. The trailer is rigged balanced so only about 10% of the trailer weight is on the tongue. So if you put too much weight forward, it depresses your vehicle rear suspension and lifts the front, resulting in some steering loss. Too much weight in the back of the trailer and it sways everywhere. Best overall attack is to put heavy stuff over the axle. Your water tanks may come into play here.
Speaking of water, get a couple 5 gallon water jugs if you don't already have some. But some fill valves require hose pressure; you can't pour it in. Anyway, the outside tanks will come in handy more than the tiny sink faucet--and save a little power.
