You can only bring in the little one pound cans of propane. Unless the bigger tank is more or less permanently attached to your RV...I think there is an exception for those.

Can you even run those burners off a 1lb tank. I mean upon start up they may be empty!

Yea. These are pretty cool.

She wants a larger stove set up so I grabbed a Stansport 2 burner stove.

This and a nice griddle will go far. Although I'm used to my single burner screw on burner!

As for the number of tanks for that other grill....yea, that may work. It may be worth bringing 12...ye never can tell.

I have an old Coleman that burns the liquid "white gas" so I hope I'm OK with that, or else me and my neighbors will be eating
rare bacon and runny eggs on my eggamuffins I'll be sharing.

Anyone know about liqjuid fuels like that? I'm pretty old school and would even use kerosene lanterns (oops they have glass!)

I'd love some tips on making camp coffee, other than by buying a device. I figure I can bring ground coffee, boil water, and pour it
through a paper filter?
Or do they sell coffee at the concessions early in the morning at a decent price?

Same here. Self contained propane in those small bottles is a lot safer.

I'm bringing one of those camping cook stove drip coffee maker's, but I will leave the glass at

home and use a small saucepan to brew the fresh ground 100% Arabica.

Last year I brought 6 propane canisters. I also used them at Wanee too and still have 4 left!
..of course I only cooked coffee and small breakfast's and an occasional hot dog.

I usually buy my suppers at the food vendors.

there was a dude set up near the water source outside of ga car camping one that was selling coffee. went there every morning.
if you're lazy like i am, you'll pick up some VIA from Starbucks. i worked for the bux for about 8 years and i wouldn't recommend the product if i didn't think it was good. not a typical freeze dried, chemical laden instant coffee. it's really not bad in a pinch.
