Somebody told me that they didn't let the time slots for the bands known until a week before the festival started last year, is that what I should expect? Really wondering when Umphrey's is coming on Thursday and Willie Nelson on Sunday.

The schedule posted is almost certainly the playing order. So a rough guess would be Umphreys around 6:00 and Willie around 5:00 maybe. Why? Getting there late and leaving early? Otherwise it doesn't really seem to matter too much. They will come on as soon as the band before then quits playing.

im sure he has his reasons for asking. people wanna know. I'm interested in times as well. I'd like to know what time gospel is playing. is it early, does it start around noon like wanne?

It doesn't matter to me as long as they both play, ...but I think it has something to do with "back at the tour bus later".speaking of, in what fucked up world does Willie play before WILCO...

Sadly yes. Riding with my buddy up to the farm, I doubt either one of us will will be able to leave until 1 on Thursday which means we should be there around 4. Both us will have to be back Sunday night. I'm going try talk him into staying for The Allman Brothers but he will prob want to leave after Willie.

Dang, that is tough man. Hopefully when you get there at 4 the traffic is flowing and you cab=n get a spot and dash in for Umphreys. That means missing Cheeses first set and setting up camp or just saying screw it and set up after Dumpstaphunk in the wee hours of the morning (which will provide endless amusement for your neighbors) or sleeping in your car the first night. Would your buddy completely leave you if he couldn't find you? If not we could orchestrate a very friendly abduction.

I wouldn't think traffic would be bad because I would figure most will already be in the gates and setup...that's what I'm hoping at least. He wouldn't leave me, I actually talked to him today and he said he wouldn't care to get back late Sunday night as long as we get back. I'm going try talk him into to hearing a little of the Allman Brothers, he wouldn't want leave after a few songs haha.

(Was told this by a mounted cop) well we went in and caught the last three sets of Thursday then cam back to bring our car n and set up. Needless to say after an hour of complete confusion in the dark we gave up setting up camp and passed out in the car. got up the next morning and was our half way constructed camp and just laughed and met our neighbors who filled us in that we were quite the entertainment trying.to complete that

Haha yeah the holding pen was a hell of a party. To make it even more embarrassing, is our tent is like the easiest two pole tent there is and man was that a impossible task. We did make some great friends for the weekend waiting in line.

Trying to figure out when to leave. We've only got a 5 hr drive but I'm worried about the entrance times after reports from last year.
