ding ding ding we have a winner. First page. Wolfe = Richmond native, W&L alum.  When I applied to that college, the essay question was "write a book report." I wrote on that one.

Now, I will be bringing The Last Whole Earth Catalogue for the children and rereading (reliving) Divine Right's Trip (name his vehicle for more points) .  I will be The Lone Outdoorsman, for those who know that right column tale.

Okay, i finally registered and stopped lurkin'. I will be at the meet up. I am coming from Raleigh with my good buddy Dryw (yes that is his given name). He has seen over 30 Allman shows and we have been to Bonnaroo together. I am most stoked to see Phil, Wilco, Willie, Allman & WSP. Been a big dead fan for years and can't wait for the show! I will bring some Raleigh beer to share. If anyone needs a ride, hit me up. We are in the car camping area and up for whatever happens. Cheers!

Ditto, I am ignorant of all the bands until Del comes on. As long as we choose a spot to meet. Trying to plan much past that is likely contrary to events that will occur shortly thereafter.

I don't see any problem w/ a noon meet-up, unless Keller runs long. I don't think people are lining up to see PBR.

That's probably true. I guess I had it in my head I wanted it to be when there wasn't any music, but that's not gonna be possible. Still, even noon is gonna be too early for a lot of old folks. The fest gets better the later it gets, and a lot of us just can't party for 12 hours straight anymore. I'm down with it tho, I can always try o take a nap later.

I like the idea of having more than more than one, maybe just not on separate days. 

I'd be open to pushing things back to 1:00. That would give people who are seeing Keller a chance to go back to camp to grab beers/food/whatever.

I'm also open to doing multiple events - perhaps an early one to get familiar with each other and a late one to actually party.
