We've discussed it at length in this thread:

and now it is finally happening!

When: Friday at 1:00 pm
Where: ADA camping

Look for this flag:

We'll be gathering in or around ADA camping, look for the flag posted above. (I'll probably craft some kind of sign/totem in the coming days.)
We invite you to bring something to share with your fellow board members, but don't feel obligated to do so. Regional beverages and foods are encouraged, but we'll gladly consume anything you bring! Mostly, though, we just want you to bring yourself.

Good guess, but no. It's edible and green, but you can't fly with it. We are bringing some cool Virginia stickers to give away, though. A friend of ours created a "Heart symbol in Oregon" sticker and now creates them for all 50 states. He's giving us a bunch to trade or gift to others at the fest....

That's what I was thinking; however, it raises a bunch of logistical questions.

We're going to need breakout space and/or a few tables. We might be better served to rally after Keller and then take the party into the campgrounds.

I think bring brews and snacks if you want to. I don't want any feelings of obligation to keep anyone from attending.

They said that ADA was closer to the stage than appeared on the map. My original offer of having it at our camp still stands. Of course, we don't know how much closer...or even how much we can trust the map as a result of that info, come to think of it...

We rally after Keller, then have a short parade to ADA, where we will all promptly trash Worf and Andie's campsites, sing an off-key version of "Happy Birthday" to Sue and then pass out in the sweet, sweet shade of the bicycle shop.
