Any Lockn' folk in Harrisburg? Need a place to park only!

I'm cruising through Harrisburg and trying to meet my buddy who's coming down from up north. Would be great if there was a nice safe spot he could park his car and I could pick him up in my rental. 

Any good spots, kind folk who have a nice spot or suggestion?
