Does anybody else have to pickup their stuff at will call? Does anyone know the location of will call?

I exchanged my car-camping pass today for a tent-only pass. The rep on the phone said she thought that will call will be located at the main entrance. Based on the map that is floating around it looks as if it will be at the far end of the day parking lot.

Make sure you take your receipt, id, and the credit card you used to pay for your tix. The purchaser must be the one picking up the tix, unless you have made other arrangements with them.

I'm trying to sell tix and upgrade too and worried about the will call also. Don't really want to be waiting in the line for day parking. That supposedly opens one hr before show.

looks like will call is on the 29 south side. not sure how that works though

I just got a response from music today. will call is at the museum of natural history on 29 south just past the main entrance to Oak Ridge Estate.
HOURS:
6am-9pm Thurs
9am – 9pm Fri-Sun
LOCATION:
Oakland: Nelson County's Museum of Rural History
5365 Thomas Nelson Hwy, Arrington, VA

I purchased another SVIP ticket last week and they mailed it USPS priority with a tracking number. The tracking info show it delivered yesterday, but it was not left in my mailbox (that's the US Postal Service for you). Any way, I called Music today and had the ticket changed to Will Call. The Will Call is at the Main Box Office on 29 South, so don't go to the Box office at the Festival grounds. Also, found out the Main Box Office will be opening @ 6 am on Thursday.
