Arrivals, Logistics, Parking, & ABC Board

Your advice is appreciated. Although, I don't think it is much of an assumption that they'll be giving people who arrive early a place to park.

Last year there was no official statement about parking for early arrival either, but they still accommodated everyone. It isn't exactly the kind of thing they want to promote, as they aren't encouraging people to do it.

Moreover, I can't imagine that local officials would want all of us driving around town until 6:00 am, so they have some level of obligation to give us somewhere to congregate before gates open.
