I was thinking the same thing. The Col. Brice set was one of my favorites last year.

Hey all, I've been a lurker for the last two years. I finally have something to contribute so I registered. HA! Anyway, Col. Bruce was there. He was side stage at the end of Bill K's set. Billy's set had gone a little long (like 5 minutes maybe?). Col. Bruce started to walk out on the stage just as String Cheese started playing on the other stage. Everyone looked around & Billy kinda threw his arms up (in a comical way), Col. Bruce just shrugged, smiled and turned back around. I was bummed as I was looking forward to seeing him. He's always been a favorite of mine.
