314 days to Lockn. Tomorrow starts 3 nights of music with two nights of Melvin JGB and to ice this cake TTB monday night

I'm having a one-man Lockn' right now.

313 days to Lockn. And now yesterday's post is accurate. The anticipation leading up to these events is not part of the high for me I swear, no really.

Nope, that's a one-man porno. This involves hot jams, cold beer, and the expansion of consciousness.

OK, the jams aren't so hot, but they are live. And provided by me.

311 days to Lockn. Man am I glad for the extra hour tonight. Just got home from MSJGB and it was awesome. The second set just kept building and building from Masterpiece to Evangeline and up and up to Sisters and Brothers with the most amazing After midnight I ever saw. I can't wait to see what they do tomorrow

308 days to Lockn. When Jerry died I was lost for a long time. Furthur hanging it up numbs me because it could signify the end of an era. I really liked Worf's mathematical analysis of bands covering themselves. This is the first post Furthur post on this thread. Thanks to everyone with hopeful and uplifting spirits encouraging.

I hear you Worf but you obviously don't understand how simple and mundane my life is. Eat, work, sleep and shows. That has been my purpose for over 35 years. You said it best when you said everything else pales. Not that I am disappointed in today's music or the scene, in fact I am thrilled, but my oldest friend just died. I thought it was over in '95 but Furthur emerged after a while and at least I had that. I've still got one or two good tours left in me but it will have to be pretty special to make me go now

305 days to Lockn. I just installed a redundant app, song kick, to see if the 7 people who wrote a review are right. It is redundant to bands in town which I really like. But I liked my first girlfriend a whole lot and you should see how much of an upgrade my wife is.
I thought about having these apps on the east coast and how often they would "alert" you each week and how many shows you get out there and I realized if I had that much choice I would overdose and be one of those kids with my miracle finger up infront of every venue. Then I wondered if it really was the burgundy wine that ruined August West. Then I wondered if August West was really ruined at all.
