At work we have these three ounce plastic cups that come in a kit and we don't use--one of the ladies takes them to a local daycare. I'll try to score some to bring for tastings.

true but the point is to spread it around. I'd like to take 4-5 but not drink, on the spot, 5 cans of someone else's beer.

3 OZ fits the bill; thanks mom. I have a sleeve of big cups I got free somewhere that I was going to bring; no one should buy anything. Scalvagers and cheapskates unite!

On facebook August 2nd they said "We'll release the map in a few weeks." & schedule times will be released closer to the event. As far as arrival times the said it will be the same as last year at sunup Thur.

I think Saturday between brb and main stage would be good. This way we dont make people choose between the fb group and ours.

I would hate for wildbill and others not to be in attendance.

Thanks Lobster, That would work out great because I'm gonna have my hands full with our m&g.
But even so, I was still going to try and catch the last remnants of your all's m&g if possible.

If you have your m&g on Friday and anyone here is in the RV vicinity near the Triangle stage, by all means, stop by and say hello before you get there. We are expecting well over a hundred people so far, so just look for the crowd of people.

I definately think we should stagger the meetups.

We could try to meet before jgb near the blue ridge bowl on Friday. Share brews and enjoy the show together. Afterwards people could go to the other meet up if they wanted to.

won't work for me as I am arriving late morning and then setting up; won't miss Little Feat.

Not that my schedule matters but I suspect lots of others are arriving throughout the day, too, and also want to set up, get their bearings, etc.

Last year right after Lockn, my son and I started a Lockn Fest group because of all the negative and rude people on other sites.
We now have over 2000 very happy members.

Here's a link to the T-Shirts if you want one, but ya gotta act fast as we only have 25 more day's to go.

I think that we still have some time to choose the time and maybe we see the schedule in a week or so but yea Thursday is probably not convenient for most. Saturday feels like it is too late. Schedule with times would really help.
