I think last years Friday morning worked well. People that do not go to the early show get there early & the people that went to the show came by as they made their way to the main stage. There seemed to be a goon number of people that showed up. People are still fresh on Friday also.

Agreed. After JGB in the Blue Ridge Bowl, Friday, makes the most sense, even at the expense of my local rockn to lockn winner playing next.

I suggest, at the expense of inviting myself, at someone's tent site, centrally located near the main venue and BRB, which is accessible to all.
I would LOVE to host but I am in VIP, and hopefully up a hill, so that may impede others' access. So I must rely on the kindness of strangers.
Also I didn't find any more card tables on the most recent trash days, and don't know that I can score anything over the weekend due to curtailed scavenging availability.
A public place like Garcia's is not a good idea IMO due to too many general public people glomming on. Not to be non-inclusive, but wooks going "hey free beer and good stuff too" is not my idea of a good time.
But being a mere guest, I won't impose furthur.

For the short amount of time I was able to participate, it was great to get to see folks again & to meet a few new ones.
Thanks so much to Andie Bee for being a delightful & gracious hostess. Thanks also guys for the Lockn cozy passed out to attendees. What a thoughtful crew!
A huge thank you goes out to all who rushed to my aid & provided aid & much compassion. The first aid crew treated me for dehydration, so after 2 bags of glucose I was good to go. Made all the music from 5:30 on. It's a beautiful last day & I'm ready for another full day of awesome music!! See y'all at Keller!
