[A good way for them to make money would be to issue a stored value card (a gift card is a SVC) to be used only at the lockn beer vendors. It would have some small discount feature to entice the buyer. The holders would spend tons more on beer than they would paying actual cash at each turn, and the unused amounts would roll back to the card vendor.
This could work. Like COWs for beer.

No, but Bud Light does taste like water IMO.
