Vip go down to front street off 29. Stay in the thru lane until then. That being said, it's still slow

I'm sorry, but this has become the clusterfuck that we anticipated. Tons of cars who just pulled in are being routed right past a bunch of people who've been here for hours. I just spoke with a very frazzled volunteer who was supposed to be directing the lines - he openly admitted that he has no idea what he's doing.
