All I know is that it is not based on geography (friend in town has received his). Not based on time of order (I also ordered in the first ten minutes and have not received). And it is not based on alphabetical order of last name (others after me in name have received theirs). Guess they are just saving the best for last

. Seriously there is plenty of time, really not concerned in the least.

I honestly don't believe that is true. A couple of people associated w/ Lockn have replied on here periodically, but it is clear they do not have any ongoing monitoring or engagement here.

I personally don't believe that has anything to do with the content of the board. They are responsive on Facebook because social media engagement in a key part of their marketing and outreach. I've had engagement with them including in response to criticisms on both Facebook and Twitter. For better or worse, this board is disconnected from a larger social media platform and serves, generously, a thousand people. I mean I think we have more registered users than that, but many of those aren't active and realistically there are maybe a couple hundred people regularly visiting here?

There are plenty of praise and fanboys here as well. I think it is just not a large enough platform for them to dedicate resources to it.

I don't disagree that our small size contributes to the lack of attention from Lockn', however, our accurate criticism, and their lack of control over that criticism has more to do with it IMO. My wife got booted from the facebook group for her critique of something (can't remember exactly what it was) but over there, if you aren't all grins and positive comments, your ass is history...FACT.
