Wristbands

I want to address this point, thanks for bringing it up.

First, be glad that we have a place that we can come and share ideas and bitch and complain, and maybe criticize some, about the festival that we all love. On other social media groups, which ARE monitored by Lockn, if you say anything that is not in favor of Lockn and complimentary of their practices your post will be censored (deleted). This is fact.

I am also critical at times of how they run things but have the best intentions in mind. Would like to think that they would monitor this group to see where they might be able to improve the customer experience. If it were me I would be monitoring every social media group, blog and message board that I could to keep my finger on the pulse of the customer base.

Was going to list some gripes here but decided not to. If Lockn is watching and wants to know how to improve the customer experience please, just ask us here. We will share our thoughts in an honest, non-confrontational fashion. If being open and honest makes my wristbands come late I am perfectly fine with that...
