Since the preferred tent only area looks smaller this year in comparison to last year, and might possibly sell out, I went ahead and got my tickets. I did preferred tent only last year mostly so that if I needed to go to town for anything I could.

Plus the walk to and from the stages is a whole lot closer.

They still don't know where the GA Tent Rentals will go, so we went ahead and bought the Preferred Camp pass, as we have a crew of friends from Wanee who'll be based there. All good!

For real! At those prices, they will likely sell 5....ridiculous. Even though we're flying in, we figured out a way to eliminate that cost with help from our Wanee crew...we were trying to avoid shipping a lot of gear, and at one time thought the GA tent rental might be the answer...

That is an awesome plan if that is the only festival you go to every year. It would relieve a lot of stress. Probably 50% of the reason we have a storage unit is to store our festival and camping gear.

They don't want people to know how far it is from camping to the stage. Last year they described car camping as being "a pleasant walk with your friends." Thank goodness I had my bike. From the far reaches of Car Camping 2 (which is this year's Car Camping 1), it was close to two miles.
