The fence configuration at L3 was ridiculous, especially around VIP camping. It was better at L2; can't speak for last year.
The VIP bathrooms and showers have never worked, and that's because they aren't design for the heavy constant loads for a 24 hour campground; they are made for a 3 hour wedding reception.
And they need snipers to take out the people with large obnoxious flags in front of the stage.

I would actually like to see more artsy stuff similar to what FF does again. Lockn comes up a little short in that respect. Need some colors/lights/sounds going on in different places between the stages. I LOVED the bright colored lights that they had covering the whole property at L2. Looked they had one shining from all corners of the farm.

2) Charging for showers i thought was a very gauche considering the conditions. Additionally, they weren't always operational. I think they were out of order portions of Sat and Sun. It's a long festival and its going to be warm no matter the year, people need a chance to clean themselves up and shouldn't be charged $10 (I know, right!) for it. And if they do for some reason pay they should be working.
3) The taxis were amazing. I just want to say thank you for those. I'll pay whatever you charge.
Everything else is awesome as hell. reasonable food, beer, bathroom lines. Friendly support staff, accessible water. It really is a great setup.

More and bigger misters. Giant wind machines. Perhaps build a blimp hanger over the show field with giant disco ball, and AC it all. Move the whole damn thing to late September when it's not quite so hot. Mow the grass. Discounted booze in VIP/SVIP. Swag with VIP/SVIP ticket purchase. Real tickets (not just rfid bracelet). Cell service that doesn't blow. WiFi. Stream the under card so I can "watch" from bed while nursing hangover.

One stage is better if it works as designed. Too many bands were not ready to start at start time. This is more of a management problem than the stage itself, but there were a lot more breaks in music, not even accounting for the Phosh silence
