I would be happy with acoustic all through the night. Maybe several mini-stages around the grounds? They wouldn't need power.

Or, less-amplified music after 11 also might be acceptable to the local government.

I would be down with this but then the whining begins that it is too cold and I have to wear a coat at a festival and it rained for four days when I was there (See Festy 2015 and 2016)...You could have Lockn one week and then Festy the next week and use some of the same infrastructure...

Lockn Facebook page says they are grateful for the decision to allow music to go to 2 am and 3 am.
