I'm thinking oak ridge car camping looks like the spot for me. Less pressure on facilities and pretty close to entrance. I've stayed up there and you can get a breeze. If you are up by the fence line, there is a road that leads to Terrapin Station.

Isn't ADA in the same spot as it was for L1?

Greenfield car camping looks waaay closer than ADA does.

So three entrances this year to the show field, and the music will be blasting in a reverse direction from all previous years. Certainly NOT excited about having to hump even further Sunday am to get my religious fix going on, & be dancing with TOO & LooseAnkles. Gotta have the fiddle & a stand-up bass on Sun am.

Obviously we have lost our ability to get our own coolers into the BRB for the late night shows...dammit.

I am excited that the show field will be closer to us GA RV'ers. Something tells me us early entry folks will be hating life as they will do just as last year, and start filling from the furthest away sites. Not cool.

One question I have is this: Is Infinity Downs now considered both The Show Field, and the BRB?

If they load the early entry furthest away, it seems like it would be to your advantage to wait until late Thursday to arrive. Anyone else thinking along the same zip code or box of french fries as me?

I don't know (didn't stay there in L1 because Donna didn't go).  But it *is* in the same place as L2.

Dave said today that early entry GA RV will be placed in High Field like last year.

So the VIP/SVIP camping is on the race track next to the bog. That's not nearly as good as the steeple chase hill, with grass, breeze and a view. I'm thinking hot, dusty and buggy. I might rethink VIP.

Did anyone here do VIP car camping in the infield of the race track in years past?

The ADA is where it was for L2. It's a little ways from the show field but it's level grass and good road access.

I don't see how they will bring the artists in and out without a lot of driving through the crowds.

day parking on the track will raise a lot of dust, too. That seems like odd placement.

Am I correct that the BRB stage is about where the music symbol is? That makes the entry point odd.
