Am I correct that the BRB stage is about where the music symbol is? That makes the entry point odd.

I've stayed inside of the track every year, and near the "bog". Never ever had a problem with bugs or dust really. Last year we could sit next to our camper and hear the music and see the screens (from a distance).

That is not what I want since we always hung in the back by the shade structures. Plenty of room to move, dance, chill on a chair and see the screens. I really hope we can still do that or this could be a deciding factor in future years for my crew.

Yeah, me too. Im not a rail bird and I'm not big on crowd situations where I have to say excuse me a hundred times to get a beer or take a leak. However, I hope in the end I am just being pointlessly skeptical about the new configuration.

He practically dismissed the question as if it didn't matter. He did say that there would not be a big wedge in the middle like before (it was actually a rectangle but who's counting?) Last year the ingress and the egress from the VIP area was great it was just too damn small and it was right in front of the speaker stack. If they piss off too many VIPs this whole thing goes away or at a minimum the GA tickets go WAY up in price because VIP tickets will not be subsidizing the lower cost GA tickets.

Now lets look at sites and assume 3 people per site. VIP/SVIP = $800 x 667 sites = $533,600. GA tent/RV average = $265 x 6000 sites = $1,590,000

VIP/SVIP total = $2,533,600 (29% of total income)
GA total = $6,090,000 (71% of total income)

Some of my assumptions I am sure are off but it may be relative. Let the bombardment begin

That's 1%. VIP had considerably more, but no idea on what percent.

I put $800 for VIP campsites which is high for the VIP tent but low for SVIP/Wintergreen. Just a guess but again, cant believe there is a huge demand for the Wintergreen or SVIP.

I suspect the higher the package, the higher the profit margin, as the expenses are not that great per head for each. For example, the extra VIP expenses are the bathroom trailers w/ water and power, the big tent, 2 meals and some snacks, a few extra staff and volunteers. I don't see that eating up the $600 difference between GA and VIP--of course, as long as they have the volume.

Then look at the SVIP ticket v. the extras, although the extras include the private concerts, which could be pricey.

I think that this is a more accurate version with more transparency on the overlay so you can see the natural features better. Looks like they are going to have to do some earth and tree removal to make the show field the size that it shows on their map.

That's the "additional water and cooling stations."

On the superimposed show fields, after you knock off the unused side areas of the old one, and leave out vendors, etc., the area looks similar.
