I think its a matter of opinion, but for GA RV I think thats the general concensus. But, as you may have picked up in the other threads, early entry doesnt guarantee thats where they will put you.

I believe anyone can purchase early entry, but only if you are VIP or RV . Look for an Email with a link and a code.

Depends. If you've given enough obligatory shoulder rides to VIPs/sVIPs there shouldn't be a problem getting early entry pass. I believe it's somewhere around 60-75 rides to be eligible. Provided, of course, that you got your card punched each time. If this is your first lockn I don't think you're eligible. You could try emailing Pete & Dave to offer yourself as one of their personal mounts for the entire festival and they might hook you up...worth a shot.

I found the purchase process to be a bit cumbersome. Have to enter your code for an opportunity to enter your credentials. Then prove you're not a robot. Prove you're not a robot a second time. Then confirm you're not a robot. I must have missed an image during one of those two steps because the system in its wisdom decided I was a robot and forced me to repeat the process. Of course it timed out. But, eventual success. Operator error I know, but geez ...
