They's "moobs". There were some interesting articles and commentary recently over an effort by some in Ocean City, Md. to repeal the law against topless women, and the city council/mayor's push-back. The primary opponents of allowing women to go topless, ironically, are middle-aged women; most likely the men on their side are their husbands and have to be. Last year a young woman spent time our campsite during the hot days who was wearing only "pasties" and a bikini bottom. I saw her on the show field at night topless but chest painted so it was difficult to tell she was topless.Maybe a for one of the night sets...

At L1 a girl sat topless for a short period, just sunning. The ABC agents went overboard, like a bunch of 12 year old boys, taking pics (color glossy 8x10 with a paragraph on the back describing what each one was, with circles and arrows on the front showing the scene of the crime), filing reports and using up all that cop equipment they had down there at the ABC officers' station. Instead of just saying, hey, can't do that.
They also wrote citations that it was too dark and they couldn't see people's feet. I guess in case they might be dancing.

Approximately 20 years ago a case of a topless women was challenged right up to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Their finding was that it was not indecent for women to go topless and therefore not illegal.
Not many excersize their right to bare here, but it is much more about rights and equality (of which I strongly support).

I remember he has an entire booth set up the the corner of Oak Ridge Car Camping closest to the BRB. I was thinking this guys a genius!! Saw some very cool painting done around the festival by him and his friends. Last year, friends were camped next to the guy who spent the fest body painting topless females. He generally had a line.
