Sneake handled the pre festival questions, i've got the post festival questions and concerns covered. Lockn staff wants to know what we have to say so keep it brief and respectful and l will forward it to them. I've already shared some of the ADA concerns but feel free to post them again.

No free water source available on the relix side of the field, and a long walk from the ADA platform to the free water. Was afraid to crowd surf over there to get it!

- turn off out of sync relix stage speakers. Will never sync because it depends on distance from main stage. Turn up main volume instead.
- re-route entrance to avoid crush at beginning of late night relix set as people exit.

Could be synced with a time delay and simple distance based algebra problem. Would not be a pioneering task.Above and...

Let them know there were more positive reviews of the ne setup than negative. Something like 19-3 last time I looked. So although the 3 will complain louder than the satisfied, the satisfied are still the vast majority.

New set-up is good, and will be tweaked. Keep it.
More water, over on the left side--even a well/spigot. Provide cups even if just small paper. Remember the cool Lockn rock with the brass plumbing?
Water the roads more and at night.
Allow escorted visitors into VIP (or just use better judgment at the gate).
Allow access between camping areas without show-field security.
Print a real map with all trails and roads, and blockages, not just the cartoon map.
Move the entrance so it's not at the front of the stage; this could fix the serious problem with leaving the main stage through the Relix audience, which was a problem for both groups.
Offer an inexpensive domestic beer that is NOT a light beer. Like PBR.
10 cent discount on beer for filling your own non-disposable cup. Or just allow it.

I really enjoyed my car camping this year. After forest camping in 2015 and only attending Saturday and Sunday shows last year this year was grand. Plenty of room. Hung my hammock. A pop up and tapastries made my own home.
On a side note I'm glad I went grocery shopping. Vendor food was ridiculously expensive. 8$ for a smoothie?

Water station on the Relix side would be great. Reusable cups, several festivals use them. We enjoyed the new set-up, however better sight lines between both stages would be icing on the cake, one huge bowl. Please outlaw the shade tents

they did a good job keeping the chairs back. They need to ban full-sized tents--I mean, really?--or maybe just any shade structure after 5 pm.-you're facing west, after all.
I didn't do VIP this year so can't speak but I hope CID pays attention to the value decay for VIP, even with the little things like the swag. Now that I've done both GA and VIP, GA isn't so bad, unless the show viewing area is what you pay for. I wants lots of Vip's subsidizing the event.

A walkway through the Main stage area would be great. Maybe just behind the signs that read "No chairs beyond this point". They did this at the Green River Festival I went to in MA this summer and it worked really well. You could eaisily get from one side of the field to the other without going all the way around.

I couldn't agree more. Tents on the viewing field and hammocks in the trees were not only a nuisance but also a safety hazard. I did GA the first two years and VIP the last two and think I'll be going back to GA. Poor VIP viewing and the food, just marginal, doesn't justify $600+ more. I could have bought a poster, food and water for less than $150. See you back in the trenches.
