Oh boy! Have you told Mrs. TOO this info yet? 😂😂😂. We will help. You can bring a banquet table, food, and other stuff. 
Thanks Andie Bee, kind offer. You are always a wonderful host. One of my goals this year is to get Mrs. TOO to the meetup.I'm flexible! Willing to offer my spot again for the party. Will have a different camper this go around, but just as much hospitality.

It looks like Friday morning for the M&G is winning by a landslide. I think that we should accept Andie Bee 's gracious offer to host again this year unless there are any objections. Details to follow...

Feels like it is time to put this out there with 69 days left. We can either make this the official thread later or start another based on how this goes. I propose an unofficial meetup on Thursday after the gates open, maybe during the Jerry Dance Party thingy. Official meetup early Friday (noonish) at a place TBD. This is similar to what we did last year and it seemed to work out well. Great turnout last year hope to see the same or better this year.
That was soo much fun! The Misses and I ( 2 on the ground far left) will be there for sure! She really loved the variety of snacks people brought and whoever brought that citrus wheat beer she loved it! We're very excited to see everyone again and lemmie know if I need to bring anything extra such as snacks etc... <3

Btw I swear I saw you at DeadnCo in Raleigh June 9th up by the top of the lawn around center field right before dark. I was a little trashed at that point but I don't forget faces much!

Yeah I know I said hey to you! I was with the misses and a friend of mine and we were on the holy mission of locating our other friends in the sea of hippies by the 3rd light pole, which was a huge failure I might add!! Next time I'll try not to be stoned as a goose so I can actually speak in a coherent manner

Definitely. There will likely be a VIP version where everything is provided for you and a GA version where you have to bring your own bread and cheese..and butter, don't forget the butter...

After receiving some sage guidance from uʞɔo˥ewbn concerning the Ghost Light performance I am proposing a modified and hopefully improved schedule for the M&G. I propose that we start the meet and greet at 11 am with group picture at 12:30. That gives us more time to hang and meet each other and also should provide enough time to navigate security and make it inside for the Ghost Light performance which is currently schedule for 1:30 pm?
Thoughts?

I like the expanded time although for me Ghostlight is not a factor, so later is also OK if the group so desires.
The longer time slot (11-1:30) lends itself to drifting in and out, rubber time.
If the set-up is like last year, the M&G is very convenient to the stage entrance and close to where Greenfields and Oak Ridge campers will travel.
I also found that the multiple tastes of many high ABV beers, plus the pleasant company and mild weather, made me rather nappish and a brief respite at my tent left me toes up and missing some afternoon acts!

We may need it if even half this number brings more than a couple of beers. As in previous years, I will leave the cooler with the extra beers and some waters outside under the table for the duration of the fest. Feel free to stop by on your way to or fro and have a beverage... For those of you who would rather drink something besides beer, well, there may be a surprise (insert evil laugh here).

In addition to the beer exchange, feel free to bring snacks to share; there has been a lot of good and interesting food in years past.
If you can, a folding table is useful and also you might want to bring a chair.

Question: to get from High Field GA RV to ADA for M&G while carrying beer, one can't go thru the music field. Can one cut thru the road behind the stage, or does one have to walk the long road up around Garcias to get to ADA?

Last year you were not able to cut through on the road behind the stage as this is an artist access area. I think that if you head towards Garcias that you can cut through Green Field, still a good hike. Access from one campground to another last year was awful. I think this is probably the shortest route from High field to ADA RV. Much shorter than all the way to Garcias and around. (PS my Paint skillz suk, I know...)
