I snuck through this path a few times...a looked very inconspicuous in my tie dye and bandana. I recommend this to blend in with the roadies (or Barry Sless if he makes it over this year).
Last year you were not able to cut through on the road behind the stage as this is an artist access area. I think that if you head towards Garcias that you can cut through Green Field, still a good hike. Access from one campground to another last year was awful. I expect the same this year...

We had to get back & forth from High Field to Day Parking a couple of times last year, and after walking the long way once, we used the golf cart taxis every time after - w/a case of beer, that'd be my recommendation.I snuck through this path a few times...a looked very inconspicuous in my tie dye and bandana. Thanks for your Generous Hospitality Andie Bee ! Hey, looks like quite the party! I'll be providing some light snacks and a cooler to start off the beer exchange. If anyone has an extra cooler, could you bring it? We may need it if even half this number brings more than a couple of beers. As in previous years, I will leave the cooler with the extra beers and some waters outside under the table for the duration of the fest. Feel free to stop by on your way to or fro and have a beverage... For those of you who would rather drink something besides beer, well, there may be a surprise (insert evil laugh here).

me, too; you all were right cut off by that rule. I camped all the way up by Garcia's and didn't know the round-about to get to your site to visit so had to clear security twice and could bring you comestibles and potables. I think this is probably the shortest route from High field to ADA RV. Much shorter than all the way to Garcias and around. (PS my Paint skillz suk, I know...)

That's what I was curious about. Wish we could get a poll up to find out what kinds of foods people prefer. With a mini gas grill I can make some delicious noms the night before. Always a super big fan of buffalo chicken dip. Someone has a delicious dip last year and it was sooo good..In addition to the beer exchange, feel free to bring snacks to share; there has been a lot of good and interesting food in years past.
If you can, a folding table is useful and also you might want to bring a chair.

Just make whatever you want; it's too much to organize. Just be sure to bring whatever you need to serve it in/with and take home the leftovers and containers.

This is my first Lockn, so obviously my first meet and greet. I'm won't be taking part in the beer exchange cause I don't like mixing my drinks once I start drinking. But I love the idea of it. I'll probably bring some kind of food to share and I ordered a bunch of friendship bracelets so everyone that wants one can have one!

While I appreciate your enthusiasm our goal is NOT to reach 100 or 110. At this point my primary concern is that we have little or no impact to Andie Bee and Bob's camp or their neighbors camps or themselves. Andie was kind enough to offer to host but this may be more than she had in mind. Open to ideas about how to keep this gathering under control. While I don't like many rules here are a couple, don't ask to use their bathroom and don't enter their camper. This may seem obvious but I have to put it out there. 
OK. All you lurkers it's time to sign up for the meet and greet. Thanks to ~Electric~ "we" need 52 more friends to sign up or somebody might get a smart ass badge. Band together, don't be shy. If we can crack 100, I'll Uber in some homeless peeps to make 110(they probably will bring the same beer as me for extra bonus).Unlocking the sign up thanks to a kind offer from ~Electric~ . Will leave it open for a week or so. Looks like this is gonna be a doozie...

Has there been a time decided on for the meet and greet? Ghost Light has been moved to 2pm start time. After receiving some sage guidance from uʞɔo˥ewbn concerning the Ghost Light performance I am proposing a modified and hopefully improved schedule for the M&G. I propose that we start the meet and greet at 11 am with group picture at 12:30. That gives us more time to hang and meet each other and also should provide enough time to navigate security and make it inside for the Ghost Light performance which is currently schedule for 1:30 pm?

Good tip on making sure you take some trash with you when you leave.
We were camped a few doors down from Andie Bee last year, and we'll be in the same area again (ADA RV). So, if close enough maybe we could help with overflow / storage for coolers/beers / etc.
Last year there was plenty of open space we could have utilized temporarily. Can't really count on that, though.
