Like I said before then, cut them out completely. Don't get a license and allow people to bring cans into the concert area. Then they lose the permit cost and tax revenue for beer bought out of state. In the process, they hurt the local breweries that must have to pay them too. I'd pay more if I didn't have to buy beer all weekend. Then tell em if they want to come snooping on private property, get a warrant.

The way they look at it is that the concert area, which is where the liquor license is issued for, becomes a bar or restaurant. So yes, the bartender is responsible for people getting naked or smoking pot in the bar. I know it's different but from their perspective it isn't different.

It beats N,Y suing a local land owner for building farm buildings that it said he needed a permit to build those buildings. End result a multi million dollar law suit. The farmer claimed he didn't need a permit because they were farm buildings. Farmer won a couple million of our tax dollars and the right to keep those buildings because he was right. The state was overzealous in its attack on this land owner. Gotta love what the state finds to waste our money on. Good luck lockin with getting back what you should have. Teach them a lesson let us bring in our own in an ALL OUT alcoholic festival and sue them for the extra clean up.

I've been looking at these articles on this...they had a bunch of ABC folks out there spying and to find out what was being missed.
Had they just walked over and talked to most of the folks or to the security...they would have stopped.

I don't know about he camping or car areas....but from what I saw and the vibe that was there...this was a great party.

It's the presumed 'power' people believe they have over others that set this b/s in motion.

ok...I took a look around. Not even the ABC website has anything in the 'docket' for a hearing.

I think this may 'go away' and be a none issue. Heck, I can't find ANYTHING...not even a disposition!
