Lockn Pre Party Ben Harper/Trombone Shorty 8/21

Good questions. We will use as many shuttles as we can sell tickets for. The vendor can provide 14, 28 & 56 passenger European style touring vans to full size Motor Coaches w/ rest rooms. What we get will be based on how many tickets we sell. There will only be one leaving time so please plan accordingly to get there on time. The price of $29 is based on one pickup time at Lockn and one return trip to the farm.

I assume that since you are interested in the shuttle that you are planning to purchase an early entry ticket. The gates typically open at 4 and the plan is to leave Lockn at 6:30.

Yikes!   For Lockn?   Yes!  With VIP and with RV at least.  If you have tickets already, contact the festival officials.  But also note, I bought RV last fall and missed the early entry, and I found a way to ADD the early entry to my RV pass, which I can explain if you need it.  Others know better, but I think tent camping does not have early entry available??

This worked back in the fall, it is in the archives somewhere.  Happy to post again, and assume it is win - win with Lockn.  

I bought a baby bear RV site in the fall, and was in such a rush I missed the early entry option.  After learning more here on the forum, I went back to purchase the baby bear RV early entry, but I could not purchase that on its own directly. HOWEVER, I put another baby bear RV in to the CART, added the baby bear RV early entry, THEN deleted the unneeded extra baby bear RV, and the system let me check out and get the early entry.  So I purchased one of everything I needed (4 day pass earlier, then baby bear RV, and lastly the baby bear RV early entry) and all was well in the universe.  Not knowing any better, if anyone goes back to try to buy, I would match the early entry choice to your exact level of existing camping pass.  Or, call the company.  Last year I upgraded a 3 day pass to the 4 day pass with help from the call in center.  Good Luck!
