Not taking the shuttle. Staying in Lynchburg Wednesday, we can meet when the bus arrives.

Will call will be open during early entry hours and probably for an hour or so before 4. They don't advertise that because they don't want other traffic snarling the process. Tell them when you pull in that you need to go to will call. If you get here before 4 you will likely park in line with your rv and walk over to will call right next door.

ok, super information - thanks!  That's one worry lessened.  Still getting prepared as I write...

Word is, they lost track of the rv line control, and had some knowing or unknowing queue jumping until work group a and work group b noticed the gap and communicated to fix it. Later rows of RVs will pay the price of more lost time. All is good, at least if we don't get to Half past 6 sitting in place still

They got in gear and are now hitting on all eight cylinders getting the RVs checked in! Yeah team. Good luck everyone! Itsa movin now!

So I got in line 5 at 220 and didn’t get in until 520. No big deal, as daughter number 3 and I spent 8 hours waiting in traffic Weds night at Roo this year (totally worth it). I spoke politely to staff and they said the original plan today was to divide the lines into ticket classes: super, vip, Poppa, momma, baby. But things didn’t go according to plan.

So all good in Poppa. Nice neighbors, two mins to Garcia, now gonna cook a HUGE steak.

I had a few moments before the trip where I questioned my deep winter decision to pay extra for a few more sets of music in a four day music festival. Final Verdict - this was GREAT!!! Nice shuttle trip, nice way to get me to arrive on time, meet a few additional people and have some good discussion, see a great venue and some great music (the sets were really fantastic, and new artists to me). I met a local photographer at the show who ended up photographing at Lockn' as well, that was a cool random connection, and lots of other really happy people, which is my kind of positive energy I really need more of in my life.

A highly recommended experience!

I hope Lockn' 2020 does this pre-festival event again, and let's fill the shuttle!
