However, I've noticed coyotes around town at night and it's almost impossible to grow a garden now.
People don't understand that they are invasive. They won't let me shoot them but I've been petitioning to start a whacking day to control the population.
Someone suggested that's what passes the time in quarantine--or was that something else?
My late mother had a certain hoe she used to whack rabbits and she got damned good at it. Now I'm in her garden but I use rabbit repellant that works well in small areas. They are also really good eating--had lots in Tuscany--but I recall there was a "rabbit fever" virus that meant you couldn't handle them in warmer months. Amy if you can't shoot them get a good pellet gun (silent) a wrist rocket sling shot and a bag of marbles or large shot, or break out the traps.
(much longer than I would have guessed).
