It's a really big FUCK YOU to anyone who trusted them and rolled over their tickets to this year.
Shit, I'm supposed to be 'happyone'
On the postive side, if they actually do process refunds it will be a nice bonus for me to spend on something.

$499 for VIP for TTB as opposed to $199 for GA. Which buys you access to the VIP lounge and VIP entrance and a special gift.

As for the lineups, somebody tell me what to listen to for Goose as I am not feeling the first three spotify songs. I am guessing it is a live thing. I would probably go just to see Dr. Dog and Hiss. I have seen Dawes a few times and am kinda over them, their last few albums were not my jam.
For me it is a toss up between JRAD and the Goose night, but I am sure all three would be great. Gonna have to get Dryw's 2 cents before I decide.

We have had an amazing seven years together at LOCKN’ the music festival, with hundreds of thousands of fans from across the world witnessing countless epic performances and collaborations by hundreds of legendary artists, and a lot of fun along the way. We've said it before, and we'll say it again, LOCKN' has created some of the most beautiful and magical live music memories.
In this moment, considering the challenges of COVID-19, we feel like it’s time to do something different, something intimate, something new. While preserving the spirit of our four-day festival, LOCKN’ will become a destination — LOCKN’ Farm — staying true to the core of what LOCKN’ has always been about — unforgettable, unique, and authentic live experiences.
LOCKN’ Farm comes with a history of good vibes collected through the years and a special kind of magic that has been instilled deep into the land itself. Instead of hosting a single festival, the Farm’s magic will spread across three weekends of live music, food, activities, and camping under the stars, amid the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Your purchase order to LOCKN Festival 2021 is currently in the process of being refunded in full, including all service fees, by our ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets. Funds will be credited back to the original purchaser in the original form of payment. If you’re in the middle of a payment plan, you will be refunded for the full amount that you have paid thus far, including all service fees. You will not be charged any cancellation fees. Please allow 1 – 3 days for the refund or credit to clear your financial institution.
LOCKN’ Farm’s reduced capacity will offer plenty of space to spread your wings. With lots of room to breathe, the freedom to dance and twirl, and ample space to stretch out, you and your crew can explore the boundless beauty and buzzing atmosphere of the Farm.
Each weekend will be special in its own way, with a different band headlining, and activities to enrich our days and nights while creating lifelong memories. The lineups celebrate the past, present, and future of LOCKN’.
We can't tell you how much your understanding and support has meant to us. As a thank you, you can use your original LOCKN’ Festival 2021 order number in a special pre-sale that will give LOCKN’ Festival ticket holders who stayed with us first access to limited LOCKN' Farm Summer 2021 tickets. The exclusive pre-sale will take place this Wednesday from 12PM ET to Friday at 10AM ET. After the pre-sale, tickets will open up to the public
Come join us...
AUGUST 13 – 15
Marking their fifth journey to the farm, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead kicks-off LOCKN’ Farm Summer 2021, by headlining the weekend of August 13, 14, and 15. Once again, the energy, the magic, and the music of the Grateful Dead will fill the air. Newcomers to the LOCKN' landscape, we’ve invited The Slip, for an absolutely stunning addition to the line-up. Plus, we’ll have late-night jams and camaraderie on Friday and Saturday night thanks to Garcia's Forest Improv Sessions Hosted by John Medeski and Billy Martin.
AUGUST 20 – 22
In an exciting move never before attempted by the band, Goose Presents FRED the festival on August 20 - 22. As part of this historic initiative, an impressive lineup featuring Dawes performing Black Sabbath’s Paranoid plus a full set of original songs, Dr. Dog, Hiss Golden Messenger, Cory Wong, Grateful Shred, and Sammy Rae & The Friends will take center stage. Since this weekend is all about celebrating the bond between Goose and their fans, Goose's predecessor, Vasudo, will make a rare appearance, and LOCKN’ Farm will be treated to a set by aGOOSEtic TRIO plus after-hours jams in Garcia’s Forest from Ben Atkind's Elephant Proof.
AUGUST 27 – 29
Closing out LOCKN’ Farm Summer 2021, on August 27, 28, and 29, blues-rock powerhouses Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks return for a weekend of collaborative magic. In their seventh trip to the farm, Derek and Susan represent the family bond between our community and the love that we share. We’d also like to give a warm welcome to Oscar-winner Jon Batiste who will join us for the first time on the farm. Get your heart and your soul ready for the joy that Batiste will bring to LOCKN’ Farm. Plus, we’re welcoming back old friends like Marcus King Band, and Lettuce, and Tedeschi Trucks Band’s own keyboardist Gabe Dixon and his band. You know we've never been shy of a good collaboration!
As Jerry Garcia once said, "People need celebration in their life. It's part of what it means to be human. We need magic and bliss and power, myth, and celebration in our lives. And music is a good way to encapsulate a lot of it."
With these great artists, LOCKN’ Farm Summer 2021 will surely deliver plenty of those rare moments that only happen on the Farm.
We are grateful that we'll soon see all your beautiful faces again. Stay safe, and keep spreading that powerful good energy into the world.
Love and rock,
LOCKN’

The weekends they did book for August are expensive but they are good weekends of music. The JRAD weekend needed Ghost Light & The Duo to fill it out but it’ll be a great weekend alternative to Phish in AC. The Goose weekend looks good. Goose is on the come up & is worth the money. Grateful Shred is solid & Dawes too.
For me this is probably the best weekend of music & the most diverse. TTB with Marcus will be solid too and guitar Jedi throw down. I’d like to see Gabe’s new band too. IDK if any of them are enough for me to pull the trigger on because of what I can see locally those same weekends but I’m glad there’s gonna be shows at Lockn & that they did the best they could. Hopefully 2022 brings back the 4 day format & keeps these weekend shows as well. The more music the better.

Exactly what I thought!
Could have gone 3 nights in new haven for jrad for 150. But I now get improv in the forest, as the justification to charge extra.
Ugh
