Sounds like a setup to me.
The most fun you can have with Salvia is watching a friend act stupid while they're on it.
As for K, what baffled me was, if you decide you want to hallucinate, why would you go that route (more dangerous, more dissocciative, more likely to hinder your enjoyment of the music) when you can do it with safer alternatives that are more likely to amplify your enjoyment if you're into hallucinating at shows. K seems like a slightly more grown up version of tripping on cough syrup.
