Last year I only used our old Coleman dual burner to perk coffee in the mornings and heat up the breakfast burritos I had prepared ahead of time. Bought the rest of our meals inside the venue. There's too much good food in there to miss. 
Nice! We are still rocking our old Coleman dual burner from 1997, and it cooks unevenly. We had to decide between a new tent or new stove, and tent won. I'm so pumped. My old tabletop gas grill was declared dead last year. I got the Coleman Roadtrip as a replacement and the swap tops to switch it from a grill, to a stove, to a griddle. I'm almost squealing from glee. Used the griddles, and the pancakes were fucking perfect.

That sounds delicious. What does your RV look like and will you be there Wednesday, I may be joining you for dinner. One of the nights, I'm cooking pork chops with a bacon-molasses rub, black rice, and cheesy green beans. Will do a seafood stew over polenta another night. Doing VIP so with the BBQ and brunch I just need to figure out one more. Tamales would work.

Standard rental RV. We did spring for the Wednesday entry. I need to add another meal to the plan. That sounds delicious. What does your RV look like and will you be there Wednesday, I may be joining you for dinner. One of the nights, I'm cooking pork chops with a bacon-molasses rub, black rice, and cheesy green beans.
