lemon juice
celery salt
worchestershire
Tabasco/crystal hot sauce
horseradish
squeeze and garnish with lime wedge
celery stir stick

make a batch of mix without vodka, ice and lime; put celery with leaves in it. Keeps forever, although horseradish wanes with time.
The acid in the citrus neutralizes the heat (alkali) in the pepper sauce somewhat. Consider this in adjusting or aging.
Build the drink in a tall glass w/ ice and spoon in the glass, in the order above. before adding the pepper, muddle the spoon up through the drink, then pepper.
