I think I saw a sign proclaiming nudity illegal at Lockn. So ladies, put away those boobies and the breast fed babies can just go hungry...of course men can walk around topless. But some men need to know this-just because you can, doesn't mean you should...Yes. Virginia is pretty backward in that aspect. Lol

I saw so many boobs and ass cracks at Bonnaroo this year that it just lost its shock value and seemed totally normal. I would love to try topless at Bonnaroo but my girls never see the light of day and I know there isn't a SPF high enough to keep them from crisping. And like I said above, just because you can doesn't mean you should. I did ride a ski lift topless at the 4848 music festival, though.

I might swap out a sweaty t-shirt publicly, but I would not walk around Lockn' without a shirt. (Even during the Phish year.) No. But the best legal advice from the internet is "never get legal advice from the internet." Anyway, I personally agree that females should be able to expose bare chests (but not bear chests) in any place that allows males to do so.
But we are now far afield from the Lockn' 2020 topic and it's unlikely the law will change between now and then. We just have that institutional history from L1 of the idiot ABC agents overreacting to nothing.

I doubt Tennessee is all that progressive. We can make stickers out of this and the ladies can wear them like pasties. Male nipples no problem and from a distance who can tell. P.S. 2016 I saw some ladies wearing just painted boobs. One was a regular in our camp.
